How this tool works
By using the Search Engine Spider Simulator, you will be able to see even the page elements of your website that are hard to access. Because of this, you won’t have to keep on guessing how the bots or spiders see your website copies or landing pages when they try crawling on them.
Here is the gist of it: Basically, not all contents are visible for search engines. Some pieces of information, including but not limited to JavaScript-generated contents, flash-based contents, and image-based contents, are not seen by spiders when they crawl your website. You need to make sure that the crawlers will find everything they need, and that no crucial information is only presented in those content types that are invisible to crawlers.
The tool is very easy for you to use. You simply need to input the URL of the web page that you would like to simulate, and then click 'submit.' You will get your results immediately. You will be shown the five different sections of data that crawlers see. First, your meta content, including the title and description. Then, your headers, H1 through H4. Then you will see a list of every indexable link found that spiders will crawl to from your web page. Fourth, you will see the actual, readable text content.
